Terms of Service

GP Run Times is provided by Rocks Enterprises LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, your department ("you" or "your") agrees to these terms.

The service

GP Run Times calculates run orders using estimated driving times based on road data. It also displays routes and driving times for the locations you enter. The service is available by subscription.

Subscriptions and seats

Subscriptions are priced per run order administrator seat, with monthly or annual billing as shown on the Pricing page. Each administrator seat includes 10 run order user seats.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Seat changes are charged or credited for the remaining portion of the billing period.
Card payments are processed through Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe retries the payment. Access continues during those retries and ends if the subscription is canceled for nonpayment.
The 10-day free trial does not require a payment card and ends automatically. The trial does not include uploading a completed workbook or downloading run orders.

Accounts

Each account is assigned to one named person and requires a password and multifactor authentication (MFA) to sign in. Seats and sign-in credentials may not be shared.
Your department administrator is responsible for managing accounts and access levels and removing users who leave the department.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your department’s planning and training.
You may not resell or copy the service, attempt to access another department’s data, overload the service, or use it unlawfully.

Your data

Your agency’s uploaded station locations, Geo Prox points, and other agency data remain yours. We store uploaded information separately for each agency so it remains available for future agency access, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Planning aid and verification

Run orders, routes, and driving times are estimates based on road data and are provided for reference only. They do not replace your agency’s official GIS, CAD, or AVL data. Your agency is responsible for verifying every run order before using it.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Rocks Enterprises LLC is not liable for decisions made using the service or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service by providing notice on the site. You may cancel at any time, as described in the Refunds and Cancellation policy. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
