Information we collect and store
- Account information: each user’s name, email address, department, access level, hashed password, and authenticator setup information. We also record sign-ins and account changes for security.
- Agency data: uploaded information, including station locations and Geo Prox points, is stored separately for each agency for future agency access. Agency settings are also stored for future use.
- Address lookups: addresses you enter are processed through the U.S. Census geocoder or OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim. We store the resulting location to speed up future lookups of the same address.
- Billing records: your plan, seat count, subscription status, and Stripe reference numbers.
- Contact messages: information you submit through the contact form.
Information we do not store
- Card numbers and payment details are handled by Stripe. They are not received or stored by this site.
- Run orders calculated on the page are not stored on the server. Downloads are delivered directly to you. This does not affect the storage of uploaded agency information described above.
- We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers described below, as needed to operate the service. The site does not use advertising or tracking.
Service providers
Our service providers include Stripe for payments, the U.S. Census and OpenStreetMap for address lookups and map images, and our hosting provider. Each receives only the information needed to perform its role.
Cookies
The site uses one sign-in cookie that is necessary for the service to work. Your display preference for day or night mode is stored in your browser.
Deleting your data
Your department administrator can remove users. To close your department’s account and request deletion of its data, use the contact form. If your subscription ends, uploaded agency information is retained for 90 days after the subscription ends and then deleted.
