Refunds and Cancellation

Cancellation
Your department administrator may cancel at any time through the Billing page. The subscription will not renew, and access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Uploaded agency information, including station locations and Geo Prox points, is retained for 90 days after the subscription ends in case you return. The 90-day period begins at the end of the subscription, rather than when cancellation is requested. After those 90 days, the agency data will be deleted.
Free trial
The 10-day free trial does not require a payment card and ends automatically. No payment is charged.
Refunds
Payments for monthly and annual plans are nonrefundable. When a subscription is canceled, it will not renew, and access continues through the end of the paid billing period. The 10-day free trial lets you try GP Run Times before paying.
